We make these Meringues to top our cakes but they are also delicious eaten with fruit and cream (or just alone! yum!). They have a crispy shell and a mallowy, chewy centre. We can make them in most colours, shapes and sizes and can finish with a sprinkling of anysugar decorations to add variety - the choice is yours!
